COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rs Automation V812S+ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saftronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saab such as the 91500707K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D1077ABA manufactured by Sa and we are pleased to be able to service most Sa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMR08AS30020 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand SAF4020200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyko such as AD1302 equipment made by Sanyko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyko" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OP3000 made by Sankyo as well as the popular ILE2K661PB1A6 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TURCK by Ru30-M18-Lix-H1141 and AD1302 spares by Sanyko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV320U40M3C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
